What a Day Offshore Looks Like
This gallery is the story of charter fishing off Pompano Beach, told by the people who lived it. Every image was taken aboard Don't Panic or on the dock at the end of a trip: sailfish coming boatside on offshore deep sea fishing charters, mahi-mahi stacked in the fish box, blackfin tuna and wahoo pulled from the Gulf Stream edge just a few miles outside Hillsboro Inlet.
You will notice a lot of first-timers in these photos. Families, couples, bachelor groups and visiting anglers who had never fished blue water before all leave with a fish story and a picture to prove it. That is by design: Capt. Ron runs a 47' Buddy Davis and a 42' Post built for comfortable, productive days, and the mates coach every guest through the fight.
