How We Fish for Barracuda
A barracuda's day is spent suspended over structure. Reef edges, ledges and the wrecks that sit 1 to 5 miles off Pompano Beach all hold them, and the biggest fish take the best position on the up-current side. We catch them trolling plugs and feathers, drifting live bait, and casting tube lures that they chase down in open water.
