Our fishing here in South Florida all happens 1 to 5 miles from the inlet, so you are not burning hours just getting to the grounds. A cooler of ice and water is waiting, and snacks or beer are welcome, so bring sun protection and anything else you want for the day.

As the sun climbs the captain switches to live bait, works the wrecks and ledges, or pushes to deeper water for wahoo and tuna, with a break to eat along the way.
Afternoon Finish
The last hours are spent on whatever is biting, often kingfish on the reef, before heading in to clean the catch.
