Don't Panic is a 47-foot Buddy Davis, a Carolina-style sportfishing yacht known for a soft ride through a head sea and a big, open cockpit for fighting fish. Don't Panic!! is a 42-foot Post with the same layout below: an air-conditioned salon with couches, a full galley and a full private head. Both carry up to 6 guests, and a mate works alongside the captain on every fishing charter.
Both boats leave from Pompano Beach and run out through Hillsboro Inlet. The reefs, wrecks and the Gulf Stream edge are just 1 to 5 miles offshore, so the run past the inlet is short. That short run is what makes a 4-hour half-day fishing charter in Pompano Beach worthwhile and a full day feel long.

Don't Panic is a 47-foot Buddy Davis sportfishing yacht equipped for offshore fishing and comfortable Intracoastal cruising in South Florida waters. She carries up to 6 guests with a USCG certified captain and a mate aboard every charter. Tournament-quality tackle fills the cockpit, with an air-conditioned salon, full galley and private head below.

Don't Panic!!
Don't Panic!! is a 42-foot Post sportfishing vessel designed for offshore fishing and Intracoastal cruising in South Florida's productive waters. Our USCG certified captains run her for up to 6 guests with the same tournament-grade rods and reels, an air-conditioned salon with couches, a full galley and a private head.
Two boats mean two groups can fish the same morning, which is how a local school fishing club split its members across a Saturday and Sunday. Bring a larger party and Captain Ron will pair the boats. Ask about it when you text Captain Ron.

Fishing Grounds Just Outside the Inlet
If you are fishing with us, we go out through the Hillsboro Inlet straight to the grounds. The continental shelf drops away fast off Pompano Beach, and the Gulf Stream runs along that edge only a few miles from the beach. The grounds sit just past the jetties, which means a 4-hour trip gives you the most possible fishing.
That same geography puts the boats within a short drive of anglers all over Broward County. Our offshore sportfishing charters for Fort Lauderdale visitors and trips for Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach and Lighthouse Point guests all leave from the same Pompano Beach dock and fish the same water.

Questions About the Boats
Capacity, what is aboard, and what to bring.
All fishing equipment, licenses, bait, safety gear, coolers with ice, and bottled water are included. Just bring your food, drinks, and sunscreen!
Adults 21 and over are also welcomed aboard with a complimentary Bloody Mary or Mimosa, and a Bluetooth radio is on board for your music.
Sunglasses, bathing suit, towels, sunscreen (preferably not spray) and food or beverage of your choice. Our captains and Mates go out of their way to provide the best experience possible. When fishing our mates work on tips and if you feel they have taken care of you it is common to tip up to 20%.
Alcohol is allowed on board for those over the age of 21. The captain reserves the right to cancel the trip at any time. That applies if he feels someone has become too intoxicated and a danger to themselves or anyone else on the boat.
A charter will be cancelled immediately if illegal drugs are brought on the boat. Cancellations due to drugs or alcohol will not be refunded.
If you are concerned about being sea sick then make sure to take motion sickness medicine per the directions. If you do not follow the directions the medicine may have no effect. A hangover may also cause sea sickness.
Each boat carries up to 6 guests, and every fishing charter is private to your group. Both the 47-foot Buddy Davis and the 42-foot Post carry six guests plus the captain and mate.
Sandbar trips can run both boats together for up to 12 people. For a larger fishing group, call (954) 263-4648 and Captain Ron will work out the best way to get everyone on the water.
